Jamie’s primary areas of expertise include eating disorders and disordered eating, intuitive and mindful eating, pediatric and adolescent nutrition, sports nutrition, and supporting clients in achieving a healthy, balanced lifestyle.

Their passion for nutrition began at the age of 14, when they sought performance nutrition guidance for their own athletic goals. This experience sparked a lifelong interest in balanced living, hormone health, intuitive eating, and body neutrality. Over the past decade, Jamie has expanded their knowledge and skills through volunteer work, education, and hands-on professional experiences.

In their nutrition counseling, Jamie emphasizes Health at Every Size (HAES) and Intuitive Eating principles but tailors their approach to meet clients where they are. They work collaboratively with clients to create personalized, sustainable dietary plans and long-term goals that align with their health needs and lifestyles. Their counseling style is gentle, compassionate, and nonjudgmental, encouraging clients to find their inner motivation to achieve lasting health and well-being.

Outside of work, Jamie enjoys playing volleyball, weightlifting, thrifting, exploring hidden gem coffee shops and restaurants, and spending time with family and friends. They are also a passionate mental health advocate, having recently transitioned from working in higher levels of care. Known for their fun, kind, and lighthearted demeanor, Jamie brings warmth and positivity to sessions and every interaction.
