Our Story
Aubrey launched Potomac Nutrition in 2023 to support the health and wellbeing of individuals through nutrition counseling. At Potomac Nutrition, we believe that nutrition is vital to every person's health and lifestyle.
Potomac Nutrition serves Washington D.C., Maryland, and Virginia. The name Potomac Nutrition is inspired by the Potomac River which flows through the DMV (D.C., Maryland, and Northern Virginia) region. Telehealth provides the opportunity to serve those throughout the DMV area and beyond, including other areas of the Mid-Atlantic in Maryland, Virginia and North Carolina.
